Insights Hub 在Usage Transparency Service中App的流量是如何统计和入站(inbound)流量是否涉及到费用问题以及如何查询出站(outbound)流量使用情况（realtime/history)？

1.App流量的统计

在Usage Transparency Service中,已经显示的APP流量就是当前App自己所消耗的统计流量，在App开发过程中带有gateway地址的endpiont将会计入App的统计流量，而traffic outbound统计就是所有通过这个App的endpoint的流量，如,如果App调用https://gateway.cn1.mindsphere-in.cn/api/iottimeseries/v3/timeseries这样API，将获取的response中数据量大小计入App的流量统计。

2.入站流量是否有费用问题

在Usage Transparency Service中中除了ingest rate之外，通过网关或其他方式向平台采集数据的inbound流量不涉及到收费的问题。

3.出站流量查询与统计

当前，outbound的数据只能通过Usage Transparency Service UI来查询，没有提供接口查询，如图所示：
