在MindConnect Software Agent中，当我们创建了MindConnect Software Agent 类型的agent，在配置文件上传Onboarding过程中遇到Network failure: Web server host address “gateway.pvt-rancher1.cn1-int.mindsphere-in.cn could not be resolved” 的问题，如图所示：
首先造成这个问题的原因是安装MindConnect Software Agent软件的机器无法解析私有云域地址信息造成，解决这个问题，我们应该安装MindConnect Software Agent的机器的hosts文件中配置对应的IP 地址的域名解析信息，
在windows系统hosts所在文件目录为C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts，Linux系统是在/etc/hosts,修改格式是IP地址 域名信息，修改完成之后，我们需要在浏览器中输入私有云地址，验证是否能够正常登录，能够正常，证明修改成功，才能解决问题。
