Insights Hub IoT TS Aggregate – 查询所处 DST（夏令营）区域的 Asset 聚合数据

如果在创建 Asset 时没有指定时区，那么系统会根据当前 Tenant 时区来默认指定（默认：GMT+00:00, Europe/Berlin）。
DST (Daylight Saving Time - 参考：https://www.worlddata.info/timezones/daylightsavingtimes.php ) 针对不同的区域将会默认启用。

如果当前的 Asset 的时区为 "Europe/Berlin"，那么 DST 针对聚合数据将会在当前时区启用。根据 DST 时间来做相应的聚合数据查询请参考：https://documentation.mindsphere.io/MindSphere/apis/iot-iottsaggregates/api-iottsaggregates-samples-v4.html#get-day-aggregates-with-date-range-timezone-and-daylight-saving-time-dst 。
