Insights Hub Factory Twin – Plant Simulation 中 Connector 模块无法与 Insights Hub (MindSphere) 连接

一、错误介绍

在使用 Insights Hub (IH) Closed Loop 的 Factory Twin (FT) 时，需要通过 Plant Simulation 与 IH 做通讯交换数据。但在使用从 Support Center 下载的 Closed_Loop_Connector_PlantSimulation 时，可能会遇到如下报错：

在 Plant Simulation 中，Closed_Loop_Connector_PlantSimulation 的版本需要与 Factory Twin 的版本一致，这样才能保证 Connector 这个模块能正常与 IH 进行通信。

Factory Twin 的版本可在 FT 应用中找到，如下图所示：



确定了 FT 的版本过后，我们可以在 Support Center 中 Closed_Loop_Connector_PlantSimulation 下载地址找到对应的版本进行下载：
