Road Absorption measurement with impedance tube 측정 방법

 
  1. Impedance Tube 구성품
 
  1. 도로흡음율 측정을 위한 Testlab License add-in
  • 바탕화면의 Road Absorption을 실행한다.
  • ToolsàAdd-ins에서 Road Absorption, Road Absorption Calibration, Source Control을 체크한다.
  1. Channel Setup
  • ICP, 센서의 감도 설정을 한다.
  • Range는 0.125V로 설정한다. 앰프 gain을 100dB 정도로 맞추면 적절한 Range이다.
 
  1. Scope
  • Output1에 체크 한다.
  • Start Source를 클릭해서 100dB 레벨이 되도록, 앰프 gain을 올려 준다.
 
  1. Test Setup
  • Number of average를 50으로 설정 한다.
 
  1. Road Absorption
  • x1, s의 값 확인
  • Check setup 클릭àSetup OK가 녹색으로 변경 되어야 함.
  • Measure Phase Calibration 클릭
 
  1. Road Absorption Phase Calibration
  • Measure H12 클릭. 측정이 끝난 후 마이크로폰 1번과 2번을 서로 Switching 한다.
  • Measure H21 클릭.
  • Process and Save Hc 클릭. 마이크로폰 1번과 2번을 원래의 위치로 switching 한다.
  • Phase calibration을 할 때 어댑터 안쪽에 스펀지를 장착하여 시험할 것을 권장한다
 
  1. Road Absorption
  • 앰프를 off 시킨 후, start Background Noise Measurement를 클릭
  • 앰프를 on 시킨 후, start Reference Plate Measurement를 클릭
  • 실제 도로 위에서 Road Surface Measurement 클릭
 
  1. Reference Plate Result
  • Adaptor와 Ref. Plate를 밀착시키기 위하여, 그림과 같이 어댑터 바닥의 테두리부분에 고무 찰흙을 얇게 발라 준다.
  • Reference plate는 250~1600Hz에서 0.03 이하로 그 결과가 나와야 한다.
 
  1. Road Absorption Result
  •  아스팔트와 Adaptor를 밀착시키기 위하여, 그림과 같이 어댑터 바닥의 테두리부분에 고무 찰흙을 얇게 발라 준다.
  •  지면과 밀착을 시켜준 후 Impedance Tube를 체결한다.
