Xpedition Enterprise Create groups to represent the different user roles and permissions

To set different read and write permissions for different users in a new or existing project, the administrator needs to create different groups. Here are the specific steps: 

1. Open EDM Web, click EDM Admin.

2. Select Groups, click Create group to create a new group, Assign some users, roles, licenses and so on.

3. Open Xpedition Design Cockpit using Administration, select Share Profile Management. Create different profiles with different permissions for different groups or users.

4. When create a new project, a user can select a Share profile for the project.

For an existing project, click RMB > Property, select Sharing ,click Select Profile to set permissions.
