Calibre Calibre PEX: 複数基盤レイヤへのPEX Ground Layer 設定方法

デフォルトでは、Calibre は基盤への容量をバーチャルグランドノード”0”に対する対地容量として抽出します。

高精度の寄生素子抽出をもとめるなら、対地容量は共通の0ノードへの容量ではなく、基盤レイヤのネットへのカップリング容量として表現する方がよいです。

PEX GROUND LAYER SVRFステートメントを使うことで、Calibre PEX にデザイン内の物理的な基盤レイヤを認識させ、対地容量を正しい基盤レイヤネットに対する容量として抽出できます。
