Configuring your Enterprise Cloud Account

After a Siemens SaaS product is purchased an e-mail is automatically sent from the Siemens PLM License Generator to the "Enterprise Cloud Account" (ECA) Administrator and the "Contract" Administrator. As shown in the example below, the email contains essential account information including the "Sold-To number", "Webkey Access Code", "Enterprise Cloud Account" (ECA) ID number and "ECA Administrator".  This information is primarily used by the ECA Admin for initial access to the "Siemens Xcelerator Admin Console" allowing them to configure the account, assign users and start using the product's functionality. 

 

Begin by logging into the Siemens Xcelerator Admin Console.  Click on the link provided in the e-mail: https://cloud.sw.siemens.com/admin Login with your Siemens ID (previously webkey).

3. Enter the Account Name and brief Description of your "Enterprise Cloud Account" and select "Save"

 

4. The product is added to the Products list in Siemens Xcelerator Admin Console (for example Zel X below). Next, click on 'Configure Product' to proceed.  

• The Configure Product dialog box allows you to choose your Data Storage "Region". Select a Region and click "Next". 
• Enter the email address of the Application Owner and the Product(s) and Product Tier (where applicable) and click "Save". 

• Next select the refresh button to update the "Provision Status" to "Active". The account is now ready to add new users.
