Part family and UOM propagation to child does not work at all

1. Create an UOM (Unit Of Measure) in the BMIDE : prefix_milimeter and with symbol mm

2. Deploy the template in teamcenter server

3. Start Teamcenter

4. Create an item and set the property Unit of Measure to mm

5. Start NX and open the item created on step 4

6. choose blank template

7. Insert a block

8. save the part

9. Choose Tools - Part families

10. Add column DB_UNITS (attributes) and p1 (Expression)

11. click create and rework the excel file with e.g 4 wich represent 4 family members. On the column DB_UNITS set all as "mm".

12. select the 4 lines freshly created and on the add in in excel choose "create parts"

13. Save all

14. In Teamcenter choose a familiy member and click on view properties and see that the UOM is set to "each" instead of mm

Please notice that the attribute (Unit of Measure -db_units) is added if you choose File - Save As -  New Item.

The system currently does not support propagating the Unit of Measure of the Part Family Template to its Part Family Members when created. This PR is being closed as an Enhancement Request to get this functionally added to the system.
