Turning - Engage - Cut Fillets Split - Tangent

The toolpath is not engaging tangent to the split on the fillet

Please review attached video before proceeding.

Additional Checking must be added to the Options 

With "Additional Checking" added. The parameters can be set for tangent engaging. Please deselect the "Automatic" - "Engage and Retract"     (please see image below)
