Unable to create Intersection Symbol with PMI dimension

When creating a dimension in Drafting environment, Intersection Symbol are created, but when creating PMI dimension in Modeling, the symbol cannot be created.

Reproduced steps:
1. Create PMI dimension

*** Using Two-Curve Intersection option = ON as Snap Options

2. In Drafting environment, after setting Intersection Symbol (File > Preferences > Drafting > Dimension > Workflow > General > Automatically Create Intersection Symbol = ON), create a dimension.

*** Using Two-Curve Intersection option = ON as Snap Options

Intersection Symbol is only supported in Drafting environment and cannot be created with PMI.

Some enhancement requests have been registered.
