Symbols and Siemens string in NX menu not displayed

After upgrade to Windows 11 some symbols in NX menu and Siemens string in NX window are no longer displayed. 

The behavior was not reproducible at Siemens NX installations on Windows  11.

When starting NX 3 font files like in the below picture are created in the users temp folder (the names are always different) at any start of NX.

That fonts contains the missing symbols and the Siemens string. In the problem system, some authorization for this type of font management seems to be missing.

The solution for this specific customers case was to rename the suffix for that temporary three font files from .tmp to .ttf files and install that three fonts to all users.
