Upgraded to NX2312 from NX12 can't see custom symbols

No Custom Symbols found in the Reuse Library after upgrading NX.

From NX 2306, you can do the custom symbol installation from inside NX the command is located as below:

After importing the symbols into TC, please check these two things:

1. The customer defaults setting for the source of Symbol Library may need to be set to “Teamcenter” if you want to use the symbol library located in Teamcenter.

Add the location of imported symbol library in Reuse Library, one method is to change the customer defaults setting as above; another method is to use command dialog “Library Management” from Reuse Library navigator, the steps are:

a)      Select category “Custom Symbol Library”.

b)      Click the button “Add Library” and select the folder of imported symbols.

NOTE - installation is not required for symbols in native environment, just unzip the symbols in a native folder, and add that folder as a library (same steps as above).
