How to resolve Teamcenter cannot acquire a license for the module key(s): requirements_author.

- NXManager user is unable to execute save as operation

- The nxmgr error message shows

Teamcenter cannot acquire a license for the module key(s): requirements_author.  Please contact your system administrator responsible for licensing. ...

- Checking View --> Properties of the item rev of the part in TC RAC, 
  we see that it has a trace link.

- Site is using a temporary license for nx/mgr and tc functionalities.

- With this configuration / versions,
  actually just needed the following added to the temp license file
 
    requirements_user

- This was in their previous license that had just expired.

As for the error message,
some Teamcenter functionality will check for multiple license features.
Such is the case here where licensing checks for the existence of requirements_user or requirements_author.
However, only the last feature checked gets displayed in the error message
hence requirements_author is reported in the error string instead of requirements_user.
