The integrated AWC tab in NX comes with a blank white page after launching NX.

Kindly perform the below steps on the problem user's machine to resolve the issue-

- Close NX and TC.

- Go to the location C:\Users\Users_ID\AppData\Local\Siemens

- Rename the Siemens Folder as highlighted above as Siemens_Backup

- Cleanup System temp and cache

- Now launch TC and NX again and verify the issue again.
