Recovery Failure error is raised "Undo mark is missing".

Users report that they just started receiving the Recovery Failure errors, "Undo mark is missing"

One possible cause could be that the Rol_Bin files have been deleted from the Temp folder and the error is unable to recover, the only option is to restart NX. Suggest reopening the part, do some modeling operations then perform an Undo and see if it recovers. If the problem occurs again then it could be a program such as an Anti-Virus program deleting the Rol_Bin files.

Check the setting settings of the Anti-Virus program for the file types to be deleted.

It is recommended to never delete any current Rol_bin, syslog, and jnl files.
