In this example, the user has a Solid Edge drawing created from a part. In a Drawing View they have defined Coordinate Dimensions to the holes.
Now, they would like to remove a couple of the Coordinate Dimensions from the Alignment Set.
Accordingly, they go to the 'Remove from Alignment Set' tool, select the respective Coordinate Dimensions, then 'Accept'.
However, when they try and drag the removed Coordinate Dimensions, they find they are still part of the Alignment Set and will not move independently.
There are a couple of workarounds that can be used to remove a Coordinate Dimension from an Alignment Set:
Firstly, you can press the 'Alt' key and drag the dimension line of a Coordinate Dimension which needs to be removed.
Alternatively, you can RMB click on the Coordinate Dimension and select 'Split Alignment Set' from the menu.
The two Coordinate Dimensions will now be independent of the Alignment Set.
