When post processing drilling operations, the post is not including a move up to the clearance plane after issuing the G80 to cancel the cycle. This means the tool could crash into the part or fixture when moving to the next feature.
This is because the user was programming an old point to point drilling operation. In that operation type, use of the clearance plane is entirely optional, and was not turned on at all in this case.
Edit the operation and go to the Avoidance settings.
Select the Clearance Plane button:
On the Clearance Plane dialog, Specify the desired plane and tell the operation to use it at the Start and End of the path:
Ok back out to the main dialog, generate, and post process. The posted code will now include a rapid move after the G80 to get up to the specified clear plane.
