We are pleased to inform you that VRC Servers for "UNIVERSAL_REAL_TIME"
are available for download from https://support.sw.siemens.com.

Note: This file is located in the 'Process Simulate VRC Servers Change Logs' folder directly under the 'Process Simulate VRC Servers' folder.
Use the following steps to download:
- Login to https://support.sw.siemens.com
- If you do not have an account, click 'Register Now' and fill out the information.
- Once on Support Center, if you do not see Tecnomatix under 'My Products', click 'Manage Products'.
- Scroll down and toggle On the Tecnomatix product.
- Scroll back to the top and click Support Center in the breadcrumb.
- Select 'Tecnomatix' from 'My Products'
- Select 'Download'
- Select 'Additional Downloads'
- Select 'Process Simulate VRC Servers'
- Select UNIVERSAL_REAL_TIME
Download the file(s):
TECNOMATIX_VRC_SERVER_UNIVERSAL_REAL_TIME_v1.2_21_03_2024.deb
To Install:
Place <VrcServerName>_<Version>_<Date>.exe into a folder ($VRC/downloads is suggested, where $VRC is the full path to the VRC Software installation).
Run <VrcServerName>_<Version>_<Date>.exe.
The default installation point is C:\Program Files
Notes: For the UNIVERSAL VRC Server, the debian distribution should be installed in the URSIM Virtual Machine, as follows:
sudo dpkg -i TECNOMATIX_VRC_SERVER_UNIVERSAL_REAL_TIME_<Version>_<Date>.deb
For the ABB VRC MANAGER, the zip file should be decompressed and the VRC Manager.msi should be executed.
