NX Cannot access the "Create New Machine Control Event"

Cannot access the "Create New Machine Control Event" in Post Builder when wanting to add a UDE to a Post during creation, or edit of a Post.

When creating a Post, there is an option "Enable UDE Editor" available.  If this was not selected when the Post was created, then the CDL file was not generated upon the Post creation.

If this was the case, you can then enable the UDE editor before opening the Post that you want to edit.

Once the UDE Editor is enabled, then the Post can be opened.  Enabling the UDE Editor also creates the CDL file for the Post.

When in the Post, MB3 in the green space will enable the Create New Machine Control Event.
