Solid Edge Add Parts from Libraries error

In the Standard Parts Database Administrator there is an option to Add Parts from Libraries. If you select this option and receive the following warning...

...follow the instructions below to resolve.

As stated in the warning, there is a mismatch for the SQL localDB. If you review Installed Apps, concentrate on the SQL installations. Look for multiple installations of the Microsoft SQL LocalDB:

Uninstall the oldest version.

If this does not resolve the issue the next step would be to uninstall all versions of SQL completely and reinstall Microsoft SQL 2017 or 2019.
