NX NX2406 What's New options in Reusable Objects

 There are new options in Reusable Object in NX2406.

What’s New in NX 2406: Define Reusable Object Enhancements

The optional field, Descriptive Name, is now present in the Reusable Object dialog.

1.      Open a model file.

2.      In the Resource Bar, select Reuse Library.

3.      Under the Folder View group, located the desired folder.

4.      Right click on the desired folder and select Define Reusable Object.

5.      With the Reusable Object dialog open, select the object.

6.      Under the Name group, in Descriptive Name, enter the desired descriptive name.

7.      Change all other options in the Reusable Object dialog as desired.

8.      Click OK.

-          The Descriptive Name will now replace the Part File Name in the Reuse Library.
