Active Change Notice is available with limited functionality

When selecting the 'Active Change Notice' command, the following message appears:

Change Management is available with limited functionality.

This message can display if you are running NX without embedded Active Workspace.

Configure Active Workspace functionality in NX, and this message may no longer display when entering the 'Active Change Notice' command.
