NX Edit Template Parameters in RSD with negative value is not accepted.

Is there any reason why PTS-part in Routed System Designer (RSD) does not accept negative value on "MB3 > Edit Template Parameters..." but does work on "Edit Reusable Component..."?

Enter a negative value into the Edit Template Parameters dialog in RSD raised message "Unsupported entry for expression type." A negative value failed to apply.

For the behavior where negative values are not possible with "Edit Template Parameters " command in Routed System Designer is as designed. We have the following explanation:

"Edit Template Parameters " is a command written for (and specialized for) RSD. It deals with dimensions of parts which obviously cannot be negative.

"Edit Reusable Component " is a generic NX command which can be used for any PTS part modeled by the user, and it is possible that negative values apply in some situations, so they are allowed there.
