Comma "," cannot be set as the initial value for tolerance value symbol

In PMI settings, I set "," as Decimal Delimiter for dimension text, but it is not reflected in Tolerance Value symbol in Feature Control Frame.
Reproduced Steps:
1. File > Preferences > PMI > Dimension > Text > Units > Decimal Delimiter = “,”

2. PMI tab > Feature Control Frame

This behavior is working as designed in NX, and the setting of Decimal Delimiter does not apply to Feature Control Frame.
Workaround : modify the symbol manually every time

There have been several enhancement requests (8649742, 10668142, 11021321, etc.) filed to set Decimal Delimiter.
