NX How to change default retained dimension color

How to change the default color that retained dimensions are displayed in.

This behavior is managed in the Customer Default Drafting-> General/Setup-> Retained Annotations-> Format-> Color

The Scope (of the default) = Part, which means that the value will be read from the existing part or from his Drafting Template creating a new part.
