Teamcenter X different "reference sets" in TC and NX

The problem where Teamcenter loads "As Saved" reference sets from the immediate parent assembly instead of the top level assembly has been investigated and the following has been found: the reference set that are used in TC are those selected in the father level of the single assembly and not the reference set selected in the top level of the whole assembly. In NX the reference sets are those selected in the top level of the whole assembly and not the reference sets selected in the father level of the single assembly. This is currently working as designed.
