Solid Edge Cloud license error when trying to log in to Solid Edge License
SolutionThis is a known issue with Solid Edge Gateway login. The solution is to clear the file present at "C:\Users\<loginName>\AppData\Local\Siemens\Solid Edge\<loginName>Auth".
Once cleared the error will be resolved and will not reoccur.
For the case where the user was not able to resolve the issue, please gather the dashlog.txt and "C:\Users\<loginName>\AppData\Local\Siemens\Solid Edge\<loginName>Auth" and send them for further investigation.
