NX Error message when trying to access the cloud tool manager in NX2406

Trying to launch the cloud tool manager results in the error "No Assembly Library object is defined."

The default cam configurations in NX2406 include a new LIBRARY_ASSEMBLY line to support the tool assembly functions in the cloud tool manager.  For example, looking at the OOTB cam_general.dat file:

If you are bringing a custom cam configuration forward from a previous version or creating a custom cam configuration for NX2406, this line must be included/added.  You can simply copy and paste it from the OOTB cam_general.dat configuration file.
