NX Using tcin_import instead of legacy ug_import utility

The legacy ug_import has several issues in latest NX versions and may does no longer work.

The legacy ug_import utility will no longer be maintained by development and no more updates are provided for that.

We recommend that you use the tcin_import utility instead, which has improved features and handling of import data. 

With tcin_import it is still possible to use the same mapping log files as with ug_import. The extenision needs to be .log
