NX Control Item Name in File New to either manual enter value or automatically pickup Item ID value

There are two available OOTO behavior for Item Name value in File New dialog:
(1) After assigning the Item ID, the Item Name field remains blank to enable user to enter desired value.
(2) After assigning the Item ID, the Item Name field automatically picks up the value from assigned Item ID.

What controls the above results?

The following NX Customer Defaults controls the results:

(1) After assigning the Item ID, the Item Name field remains blank to enable user to enter desired value.

"Auto-assign Name and Attributes for Parts" toggled OFF (located under Teamcenter Integration > User Attributes > All tab).

(2) After assigning the Item ID, the Item Name field automatically picks up the value from assigned Item ID.

"Auto-assign Name and Attributes for Parts" toggled ON (located under Teamcenter Integration > User Attributes > All tab).
