NX Add Tabular Notes to a group

Customer use Notes, Lines and Tabular Notes to create a title block for drawings.
They want to group them to be able to find/edit/delete them on a drawing which has many more objects
on them besides this title block.
But the problem for them is that Tabular Notes can not be selected to be grouped.

Title Block and Tabular Notes are not allowed to be added in group.
Supporting title block and tabular notes in group will require an Enhancement.
