NX Build Processor is not available after installing

After installing the Additive Manufacturing Build Processor, it is not available within NX.

After installing the Build Processor, it is stated at the bottom that this is installed to the Control Panel.   The Build Processor first needs to be executed from the Control Panel.

After installing the Build Processor, a dummy machine needs to be created before any machines can be built in NX.
