NX How to define the Item ID and Item Revision of a Feature Template file in managed mode NX

In managed mode of NX, using the Feature Template Author to create a Feature Template, how to define this Feature Template's Item ID and its Revision?

In the dialog box called "Configure" (Configure User Interface icon), within the "Main Dialog" node, the Properties area has options called "Template Name" and "Item Revision", these options are used to define the Feature Template's Item ID and its Revision.

If a custom item type is being used, and has a naming rule involved, the value input for "Template Name" and "Item Revision" have to meet the naming rule requirement, else it will fail with an error message, "Item id is invalid" or "Item revision id is invalid".
