Solid Edge Unable to open Solid Edge dataset from Teamcenter by installing Quartus software

By installing Quartus software, file extensions .par became associated with Quartus instead of Solid Edge. 

To overcome this issue use administrator privileges change the file extension using RMB on solid edge part and set assoc .par = SolidEdge.PartDocument.
