NX Using Copy then Paste with sketch is producing the following error: Vectors are parallel

Using Copy then Paste with sketch is producing the following error:  Vectors are parallel

The sketch that was producing the error, 'Vectors are parallel' was created in NX 11.0.2.  This error was being generated when Copy/Paste was used with this sketch to paste it into other part files.  One possible solution is to use Reattach with the original sketch to see if this resolves the error.
