How to share File New template files to multiple users in a Teamcenter integrated NX.

In  a Teamcenter integrated NX environment, you can share the file new templates to multiple users by using either one of the below methods.

Using the Environment variable by maintaining the template .pax files on a shared drive:

using the environment variable "UGII_TEMPLATE_DIR" pointing to the shared location, where all the required .pax files are placed.

Using the Teamcenter preference by maintaining the template .pax files in Teamcenter:

Import all the required template .pax files to Teamcenter as Text dataset under different items.

Define the below Teamcenter preference and enter the names of the items, which contain the required template .pax files.

• TC_NX_FileNewPAXFiles

The values for the preference are the Items or Item Revisions that contain the PAX files.

• For example (each on a separate line):
• Model_1
• Model_2/A
• Drawing_1
