We are setting drafting standard using customer defaults in NX 2306, but it is not reflecting automatically for all users

If the settings are part-specific, they won't change as per the default settings until we apply forcibly for old drawings. only the session-specific settings are applied.

Example:

The below screenshot shows the Excluded Sheet Labels scope. it is part-specific. so it's not changing.

Once you saved the old drawing part file with the new drafting standard. it should not be changed after reopening the drawing.
