NX Bounding body places feature in Component part not in the Assembly as it did in NX12

In NX12, when creating a Bounding Body feature while in an Assembly and the solid body of a component is the selected object, the Bounding Body feature gets created in the Assembly Part.

In NX2306, when doing the same steps, the Component becomes the Work Part and the Bounding Body feature gets created in the Component part...

Is there a way to get the bounding body feature to get created in the Assembly as it did in NX12?

 To get the Bounding Box feature to be created in the Assembly part,  toggle OFF the Customer Default setting for "Allow Automatic Work Part Change" and restart NX.
