NX Opening a Solid Works file in NX raises "The PLM XML document failed to load"

Attempting to open a Solid Works file in NX fails to load and raises the error "The PLM XML document failed to load"

This error will be raised if the Solid Works file has been saved on a newer version of Solid Works that is not compatible with the version of NX that you're currently using.
