Solid Edge Cannot Relocate Parts Library Pane in Assembly.

Unable to drag the Parts Library Pane to reposition it.

First, click on the pin icon in the Title Bar of the Parts Library dialog. You can then click and hold the Parts Library Title Bar and drag it to the desired location or select a Docking Sticker.
