NX Turn On or Off Parts List to use Auto-Balloons in Drafting

Turn On or Off Parts List to use Auto-Balloons in the Drafting Application.

Prior to creating a new Parts List on a drawing that contains at least one view, users can do the following to apply Auto-Balloons.

1a. in the Balloons section check the box called Show and then in the Views List select one or more views to have Auto-Balloon applied to them.

2a. Select in the Origin section, Specify Location, and then select a location within the Drawing to place the Parts list. The location is the top left corner.

3a. Note for Drawings that have an existing Parts List and to activate Auto-Balloon, in the section Balloons, check Show and then either select one or more views on the drawing or from the Views List to add Auto-Balloons.

How to remove Auto-Balloons which requires users to manually place a Balloon for each component. 

1b. Highlight the Parts List and press the third mouse button (opposite button used for selecting objects) over the Parts List.

Next, select Edit.

2b. in the Balloons section UN-check the box called Show and this will immediately remove all Auto-Balloons.
