Sometimes after the "Find All Linked Documents" command is used in Add to Teamcenter Interactive the "Retrieve Data from Teamcenter" command becomes inactive. There is no indication in ATTI of what the problem is.
The "Retrieve Data from Teamcenter" command will become inactive if there are any issues found with the unmanaged data loaded into Add to Teamcenter Interactive, such as broken links or files in the select set that have the file status set to "Released". Go to View -> Expand All then scroll down the list of files to see which files have issues and what the issues are.
