Solid Edge Unable to Insert Standard Parts from Piping Library in Solid Edge

Customer reported that after installing Master Part Files from the Standard Parts Piping Library in Solid Edge, they are unable to insert components into assemblies. The commands "Place" or "Open" are not available for these parts in the Solid Edge interface.

Upon investigation, it was found that the issue arises because the customer does not have a license for the Solid Edge Piping Library (SE324). Solid Edge Premium, which the customer has, does not include the Piping Library by default. SE324 is an add-on product specifically for the Piping Library.

To resolve this issue, ensure that the customer has the SE324 license added to their configuration. They can obtain the license from their Siemens representative or through their sales contact. Once the SE324 license is applied and activated, the customer will be able to use the Piping Library components in Solid Edge without any further issues.

This solution addresses the inability to insert Standard Parts from the Piping Library in Solid Edge due to a missing SE324 license.
