Customer is experiencing an issue with their production licensing, which the customer has temporarily overcome by generating and using emergency licenses. The customer has now reached the maximum number of emergency licenses allowed. The customer has requested assistance in resetting the maximum number of emergency licenses for their account.
SolutionA customer is allowed to generate 3 emergency licenses in any 60-day period.
Unfortunately, there is no mechanism to reset emergency licenses once that limit has been reached. The customer will need to wait for the 60-day time limit to expire before they can obtain additional emergency licenses.
If there is an urgent need for another emergency license before the expiration of the 60-day limit, contact the PLMS team through Support Center. Provide the necessary details and explain the situation to the support team. The support team will manually override the limit and provide an emergency license as needed.
