Solid Edge Cannot Modify Path File to Managed Standard Parts Configuration File

I cannot modify the path file to my managed Solid Edge Standard Parts configuration file.  I tried to clear the registry key and install the latest Solid Edge Update but with no result.

This location is controlled (and set) with a Teamcenter preference : SEEC_StandardParts_SAC
