NX Unable to access PAX files for new drawing.

When the User attempts to create a drawing from the File --> New menu the Drawing tab is not available, only the Model and Simulation tabs are available. When changing to the Drafting application a message "No valid drawing sheet template pax file was found. The Sheet Template option will not be available."

The UGII_TEMPLATE_DIR environment variable is set to point to a custom folder.

The PAX files "ugs_sheet_templates.pax" and "ugs_drawing_templates.pax" are missing for the Sheet and drawing templates.

Copy the 2 pax files to the custom templates folder and restart NX.
