Custom reuse library not recognized by NX site customer defaults

When setting up the Customer Default settings for a custom parts library in the NX Reuse Library the settings are added at the Site-Level and removed from the User-Level. When the User starts NX the libraries are not displayed.

The Reuse Library settings needs to be set at both levels, User and Site. If you want to avoid having the value changed at the User Level, the setting needs to be Locked at the SITE level.
