NX Custom reuse library not recognized by NX site customer defaults

Set up a custom reuse library folder in Windows for use with native NX, also set up a folder under Infodba in Teamcenter for use with managed NX

Launched NX in native and managed NX and verified that the libraries show up in Reuse Library.

Defined UGII_SITE_DIR and launched NX and removed the user-level library entries from the customer defaults and added them to the site-level defaults.

Re-launched NX in native and managed NX and the libraries do not show up in the Reuse Library.

The Reuse Library settings need to be set at both the User and Site levels. If the customer wants to avoid having the value changed at the User Level, the customer needs to Lock the setting at the SITE level.
