Solution

Step by step procedure to create "Command Favorites" in NX using "Measure" command as example:

1. Open command and reset to its default configuration:

2. Set command options as you need:

3. After setting preferences, collapse groups and access "Command Options" by clicking gear icon on window upper left corner. Then, select "Hide Collapsed Groups".

4. On "Dialog Options" menu select "Save Favorite As" and fill out a name and a description for command favorite copy:

5. Select "OK" button to accept and dismiss both save and measure windows.

6. Add favorite command to NX interface: right click anywhere over NX "Ribbon Bar" and select "Customize...":

    (1) ->Commands Tab->Categories->New Item.
    (2) ->Items Panel->New User Command.
