Solid Edge Problem to Select the Correct Point When Creating PMI Dimension

In this example, the user has difficulty when trying to select a point to creating a PMI dimension in the Part/Sheet Metal environment.

When opening the assembly that contains the file and creating a PMI dimension, the selection works as expected.

However, when opening the part/sheet meatl file from the assembly and trying to create the same PMI - the selection of the point shown below is difficult, a different point is picked up.

The workaround for this issue is to keep the 'I" key pressed while selecting the point.

When using the "I" key to toggle the key points the selection works as expected.
